When we look toward the future, our preparation is what allows the journey to be more impactful. Movement is apart of our daily lives and it advances our perspective, heightens the bodies awareness, and contributes to growth when working with others. I challenge myself ever day to find one thing to get better at, and through that process I welcome being uncomfortable. There are so many distractions and destructive behaviors that we loose sight of taking better care of ourselves. Our youth listen, look, learn, and adopt an abundance of their environments characteristics. My program focuses on developing efficient and self sustaining youth through having fun, sports, life skills, workshops, and self care. Please join me in creating a first class healthy and safe experience so that our youth can become more creative and conscious.
